Location: the hotel was next to a brewery and restaurants, downtown and center of Yakima. I checked out Fort Simcoe State Park, that was set at a moderate distance from the property.
The bathroom was dirty, I didn't like it.

Conveniently located near a popular buffet and within walking distance of attractions. The wifi was working properly throughout the stay.
The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, with issues such as black mold, dirty shower curtains, and broken appliances. The overall condition of the property was not well-maintained.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the interstate and close proximity to downtown. We were also pleased to find that the hotel was reasonably close to the convention center. The staff was friendly and ensured that the hotel was as clean as possible, given the condition of the place. We noticed that they were in the process of making upgrades, such as painting.
